Q: How do I place an order?
A: When you find an item you wish to purchase click the "add to cart" button. This will take you to your shopping cart page, where you can change the quantity, continue shopping or check out.
Q: Will creating an account at BYOJewelry.com make ordering easier?
A: Yes, it will save you the time of reentering your contact information. When you proceed through the checkout you are given the option of creating an account, which saves your contact information. You can create or modify your account at any time.
Q: How can I order off line?
A: Click here for an order form that you can use to order via mail, fax or phone. Gift Certificates
Q: How can I purchase gift certificates for my friends?
A: We do not yet offer gift certificates. Keep an eye out, though, we plan on adding them soon!
